Young Boys came from behind to beat FC Zürich 4-2, with Christian Fassnacht scoring a hat-trick. Zürich took an early lead through Miguel Reichmuth, but the visitors turned the game around before half-time and pulled clear after the break.
Reichmuth put Zürich ahead in the 11th minute, but Fassnacht equalised for Young Boys in the 23rd and then put them in front nine minutes later. He added his third in the 55th minute, and Alan Virginius made it 4-1 in the 73rd. Lindrit Kamberi scored a late consolation for Zürich in the 86th minute.
Young Boys edged possession with 52%, while Zürich had the greater number of shots, 16 to 8, with both sides putting seven on target. But Young Boys were far more clinical, scoring three of their four big chances, whereas Zürich missed both of theirs. Fassnacht's hat-trick proved the difference.
