Viimsi JK made the trip to FC Nõmme United U21 and returned with a convincing 3-0 victory. The scoreline was goalless at half-time, but Viimsi turned on the style after the break with three unanswered goals.
James Murage broke the deadlock in the 54th minute, assisted by Johann Kore. Just four minutes later Markus Vaherna doubled the lead with an unassisted strike, and Rasmus Lode added a third in the 78th minute from a Rassel-Rait Rumma assist.
Viimsi JK's clinical finishing was the difference – three different scorers and three goals inside 24 second-half minutes. FC Nõmme could not respond, and despite a flurry of bookings (Ottomar Rootsma, Alexander Medvedev, Aleksandr Alteberg, and Jakob Käis all yellow), they never troubled the Viimsi defence.
