Queens Park Rangers came from behind to beat Portsmouth 3-1 in the Championship. After Terry Devlin's opener, QPR scored three times before half-time to take control despite Portsmouth having more of the ball.
Devlin put Portsmouth ahead on 15 minutes from Ebou Adams' assist. Ilias Chair equalised on 33, Koki Saito turned it around on 40, and Chair added a third on the stroke of half-time from Amadou Salif Mbengue's assist. Ronnie Edwards was shown a yellow card on 25.
Portsmouth had 54% possession and 16 shots to QPR's 13, but QPR were sharper in front of goal, converting two of their three big chances. Expected goals were close, QPR 2.04 to Portsmouth's 1.90, and both sides had six shots on target; QPR goalkeeper made five saves to help secure the win.
