FC Thun and Lech Poznań shared four goals in an even Europa League playoff first leg, with the tie finely balanced at 2-2. Thun recovered from going behind to lead by the break, but Lech responded in the second half to earn the draw.
Robert Gumny put Lech ahead in the 17th minute, only for Simon Lengen to equalise five minutes later. Furkan Dursun turned the game around for Thun just before half-time, scoring in the 43rd minute, before Patrik Wålemark levelled again for Lech in the 68th minute.
Lech had the lion's share of possession with 61% and hit seven shots off target to Thun's four, yet both sides managed only three shots on target. The booking count was busy too, with Wålemark among five players cautioned across the match.
