HNK Hajduk Split let a late lead slip as NK Istra 1961 snatched a 2-2 draw in the 1. HNL. Marko Livaja's 84th-minute strike looked to have settled it, only for Dukan Ahmeti to equalise in the 90th.
Rokas Pukštas put Hajduk ahead after 15 minutes from Šimun Hrgović's assist, and Emil Frederiksen levelled for Istra in the 42nd. Livaja restored the home side's advantage six minutes from time, but Ahmeti's stoppage-time goal ended a frantic finish.
The numbers underline Hajduk's dominance: 61% possession, 17 shots to seven and eight on target to two. Istra's goalkeeper made six saves, and while each side converted one big chance, the visitors left with a point from the night's last meaningful attack.
