FK Sūduva Marijampolė raced into a three-goal lead by half-time and never looked back, thrashing FC Hegelmann 5-1 in A Lyga. Four different scorers inside the first 50 minutes put the result beyond doubt before a consolation and a late fifth wrapped it up.
Sidy Sanokho opened the scoring in the 11th minute, turning in a Frankline Tangiri assist. Amadou Sabo made it 2-0 just after the half-hour, and Henry Uzochukwu added a third in the 43rd minute. Tangiri himself got on the scoresheet five minutes into the second half to make it 4-0, before Donatas Kazlauskas pulled one back for Hegelmann in the 52nd minute. Meinardas Mikulenas restored the four-goal cushion in the 70th minute to seal the win.
Frankline Tangiri was involved in two of the first four goals, setting up Sanokho's opener and then scoring the fourth himself. The victory was built on a ruthless first‑hour display that left Hegelmann with no way back.
