Dynamo struck first when Nick Merkley scored at 7:00, and Yegor Rimashevskiy’s goal at 24:00 made it 0-2. Pedan began SKA’s comeback at 29:00, then tied it at 38:00 before Sergei Plotnikov put SKA ahead in the same minute, taking a 3-2 lead into the third period. Vasily Atanasov extended the lead at 45:00, Rimashevskiy answered for Dynamo at 52:00, and SKA sealed the game with a goal at 60:00.
Pedan’s two goals anchored the win, while Atanasov finished with a goal and an assist and Nikolay Goldobin added two helpers. The two-goal second period, capped by Plotnikov’s go-ahead strike, proved the turning point.
