Viking FK snatched a 2-1 win over Sarpsborg 08 in Eliteserien, with Zlatko Tripić's 90th-minute goal proving decisive. Henrik Heggheim had given the home side a first-half lead, but Sondre Sörli's 81st-minute equaliser set up a frantic finish.
Heggheim put Viking ahead in the 40th minute, and the visitors needed until the 81st to draw level through Sörli. Just when the game looked destined for a point apiece, Tripić struck in the 90th minute to hand Viking all three.
The stats show Viking were the more clinical side: they had 18 shots, eight on target and six big chances, while Sarpsborg's 27 attempts yielded only three on target and two big chances. Sarpsborg's goalkeeper made six saves to keep his side in it, but Tripić's late winner separated the sides.
