US Boulogne Côte-d'Opale and Red Star FC played out a 1-1 draw in Ligue 2. Red Star took the lead in the third minute through Damien Durand, and Boulogne hit back after the interval through Abdel Hbouch.
Durand finished inside three minutes after Kevin Cabral set him up, giving Red Star an early platform. Boulogne pressed for an equaliser and got it in the 52nd minute when Hbouch converted, and neither side could find a winner despite a competitive contest. Seven bookings punctuated the afternoon.
Boulogne dominated the shot count 16-6 and had 54% possession, but the Red Star goalkeeper made eight saves to keep the visitors in it. The home side had nine shots on target to Red Star's three, yet had to settle for a point.
