Đorđe Ćosić put Radnik Bijeljina ahead in the 63rd minute, making it 0-1. Velež pushed for an equaliser and found it in the 81st minute through Anes Omerovic to make it 1-1.
The late goal from Anes Omerovic was the decisive moment, and the draw leaves both sides with a point from a tight contest in which the game changed twice after the interval.
