Siheung Citizen FC beat Pocheon FC 3-2 in the National League after building a three-goal lead inside 40 minutes. The hosts scored three times in the opening period and then withstood a determined second-half fightback from Pocheon.
Wan-kyu Kwon opened the scoring after six minutes, Yoo-min Seo doubled the lead on 20 and Jo Min-ho made it 3-0 just before half-time. Pocheon hit back through Cheol-Hee Lee on 57 and Su-an Kim five minutes later, but Siheung held on.
The first-half treble proved decisive. With no possession or shot data, the scoreline alone tells the story: Siheung's early surge left Pocheon with too much to claw back, and although the visitors pulled two goals back, the hosts had done the damage.
