Keçiörengücü beat Pendikspor 4-1 in the TFF 1. Lig, with the home side winning by a comfortable margin despite spending less time on the ball. They had 41% possession and 10 shots to Pendikspor's 17, but put five on target to their opponent's four and were far more clinical.
Süleyman Luş gave Keçiörengücü the lead in the 15th minute from Jefferson Junior's assist, and Mame Biram Diouf made it 2-0 in the 34th. Gorkem Bitin pulled one back for Pendikspor five minutes later, but Halil Can Ayan restored the two-goal cushion in the 70th minute. Ishak Karaogul sealed the win in the 82nd minute after Ayan turned provider again.
The numbers show a one-sided contest in terms of territory - Pendikspor had 59% possession, more corners and more shots - yet Keçiörengücü's goalkeeper made three saves to Pendikspor's one and the home side took their chances. Halil Can Ayan was at the centre of the win, scoring once and assisting another. The visitors had plenty of the ball but little to show for it.
