Kashima Antlers came from 3-1 down to win 4-3 at Yokohama F. Marinos in a seven-goal J.League match. Aleksandar Čavrić scored twice in the 90th minute to snatch the win after Kashima had spent long spells chasing the game.
Yokohama started quickly, with Shin Miidera opening the scoring in the 7th minute. Léo Ceará equalised for Kashima in the 11th, but Kaina Tanimura restored the lead in the 18th minute and made it 3-1 in the 58th. Ceará struck again in the 81st minute to set up a tense finish, and Čavrić took over from there, scoring twice in the 90th minute to turn the match around.
The stats show how much Kashima dominated territory: they had 68% possession, 21 shots to Yokohama's 11, and nine corners to none. Even so, they needed Čavrić's late brace to complete the comeback, with each goalkeeper making one save on the day.
