Jagiellonia Białystok beat Raków Częstochowa 5-2 in the Ekstraklasa, overcoming two equalisers and then pulling away with three late goals. The visitors were the stronger side throughout and finished with a commanding scoreline.
Mahir Emreli gave Raków the lead in the 23rd minute, but Jesús Imaz and Nik Prelec had Jagiellonia in front by half-time. Jakub Jendryka, assisted by Vladyslav Kochergin, levelled for Raków again in the 56th minute, only for Guilherme Montóia, Ousmane Sow and Youssef Sylla to settle the contest between the 76th and 89th minutes.
The numbers underlined Jagiellonia's control, with 54% possession, 20 shots to Raków's 13 and an expected-goals total of 4.44 to 1.24. Nik Prelec scored once and set up Ousmane Sow's goal, while the visitors finished with ten shots on target. Eryk Kozlowski and Karol Struski were both booked in a competitive match.
