Fleetwood Town and Oldham Athletic played out a 1-1 draw in League Two, with the points shared after a late equaliser. Oldham looked set for victory after Kane Drummond's first-half stoppage-time goal, but Ronan Coughlan struck two minutes from time to level.
The opening goal arrived right on the stroke of half-time, Drummond converting from Calum Kavanagh's assist to give Oldham the lead. Fleetwood dominated possession after the break and finally got their reward in the 88th minute, Coughlan turning in Shaun Rooney's delivery. Harrison Neal was shown an early yellow card in the fifth minute.
The hosts had far more of the ball, with 58% possession and 395 accurate passes to Oldham's 252, and registered 14 shots to 12. Yet Oldham created the clearer openings, fashioning two big chances and scoring one, while Fleetwood did not manage any. Each goalkeeper made two saves, and a 1-1 draw was the outcome.
