FC Liefering won 3-2 away to ASK Voitsberg in the 2. Liga, coming from behind twice to take all three points. The visitors were trailing from the 52nd minute until the 81st, and still found a winner in the closing stages.
Fabian Schubert put Voitsberg ahead in the 9th minute from Paolo Jager's assist, and Ilia Ivanschitz equalised for Liefering on 24. Elias Neubauer restored the hosts' lead on 52, again with Jager providing the assist. Jakob Zangerl levelled for Liefering in the 81st minute, and the away side's third goal secured the victory.
Zangerl's goal was the turning point, shifting the momentum just as Voitsberg looked to have done enough. The match was a scrappy affair with eight yellow cards shown, but Liefering's persistence after twice being behind made the difference.
