FCV Farul Constanța beat FK Csíkszereda Miercurea Ciuc 3-2 in a frantic Liga I meeting. Three first-half goals put the hosts in command, and although the visitors twice pulled a goal back, Farul held on. The win was built on an early burst that produced a two-goal lead inside 28 minutes.
Iustin Doicaru opened the scoring in the 24th minute and Eduard Radaslavescu doubled the lead four minutes later. Ádám Czékus pulled one back for Csíkszereda in the 35th, but Matteo Ahlinvi restored the two-goal cushion just before half-time after being set up by Radaslavescu. Czékus struck again in the 69th minute to set up a tense finish.
The stats underline Farul's dominance: they had 55% possession and 11 shots to Csíkszereda's three. Yet the visitors were clinical, converting both of their efforts on target, while Farul's goalkeeper had no saves to make. Czékus's double made him the game's standout scorer, but it was not enough to deny Farul the points.
