Utenis Utena opened the scoring at 24 minutes, only for Dainava B to level two minutes later at 26. Dainava B then went ahead at 32 and put the game clear with two quick goals at 67 and 71, making it 4-1. Utenis grabbed a late second at 75, but it was only a consolation.
Neither side earned a corner; Dainava B were flagged offside twice to Utenis's one. The decisive fact was the run of play: after falling behind at 24 minutes, Dainava B put four of the next five goals past Utenis, making the late 75-minute strike irrelevant in the outcome.
