Colo Colo came from behind to beat Everton de Viña del Mar 4-3 in a seven-goal Primera Division thriller. The home side had more shots and big chances, but the visitors took their opportunities with ruthless efficiency.
Alan Medina put Everton ahead on 24 minutes, but Maximiliano Romero equalised on 32 and Álvaro Madrid made it 2-1 on 42. Medina's second on the stroke of half-time made it 2-2, and the second half followed a similar pattern: Leandro Hernández scored on 53, Julián Alfaro levelled again on 55, and Romero grabbed his second and the winner on 62.
Everton created the better chances, with 18 shots and five big chances, but Colo Colo were far more clinical, scoring four from five shots on target. The visitors also controlled possession with 64%, while Romero's double proved decisive.
