Cerro Largo and Juventud de Las Piedras shared the points in a 1-1 draw in the Primera División. Axel Pandiani's eighth-minute goal put the hosts ahead, and Gastón Pereiro's equaliser 15 minutes from time earned the visitors a point.
Pandiani gave Cerro Largo the perfect start with an early goal, and the home side defended that lead until the 76th minute. Pereiro levelled for Juventud, and no further goals meant the honours ended even.
The game produced four yellow cards, including one for Pandiani after his goal. With no shots or possession figures available, the two goals were the sole deciding factors in a contest that finished level.
