Beşiktaş beat Çorum FK 6-2 in a high-scoring Süper Lig contest, the home side's firepower proving too much for the visitors. Dušan Vlahović's hat-trick was the decisive contribution, putting Beşiktaş in control either side of half-time.
Václav Černý opened the scoring after nine minutes and Vlahović made it 2-0 in the 43rd. Mohammed Diomande briefly gave Çorum FK hope with a 52nd-minute strike, but Vlahović struck twice in quick succession on 59 and 66 to make it 4-1. Ilhan Fakili added a fifth in the 73rd, Ermin Mahmic pulled one back for Çorum on 77, and Michael Murillo completed the scoring in the 83rd.
Beşiktaş's attacking edge showed in the numbers: 18 shots to 11, seven on target to three, and an expected-goals count of 2.86 against 0.59, although possession was nearly level at 51-49. Vlahović's treble was the standout individual performance on a day when the hosts were ruthless in front of goal.
