SV Meppen took all three points with a 3-0 win at Alemannia Aachen, settling the contest with two goals inside the opening 11 minutes. The visitors added a third just before half-time and then controlled the second half without adding to their tally.
Thorben Deters opened the scoring in the 9th minute from Cyrill Akono's assist, and Akono made it 2-0 two minutes later, finishing Tobias Missner's setup. Niclas Tibor Nadj put the game beyond reach in the 43rd minute, converting Luca Prasse's pass to make it 3-0 at the break.
Cyrill Akono had the most decisive impact, scoring one and creating the other in that fast start. Aachen were left chasing the game from very early on, and the visitors never looked likely to surrender their lead.
