Eyüpspor edged Alanyaspor 2-1 in the Süper Lig after a dramatic late winner from Zak Jules. The home side had to recover from an early setback before claiming all three points.
Alanyaspor went in front in the opening minute, Arda Usluoğlu scoring. Eyüpspor levelled in the 39th minute when Ahmed Abdullahi finished after Jules provided the assist, and Jules completed the turnaround with a strike in the 90th minute.
The numbers backed Eyüpspor’s control: they had 63% possession and 11 shots to Alanyaspor’s seven, with four on target to two. Yet expected goals were almost identical at 0.63 to 0.62, showing how fine the margin was.
