In the first set, Wei broke Kadi's serve in the second, fourth and sixth games to sweep it 6-0, converting three of six break points. The second set followed a similar pattern: a break at 2-0 and another at 5-1, with Kadi managing just one hold of serve.
Wei's second serve proved impenetrable — she won 12 of 16 points on her second delivery (75%) and collected 15 of 19 second-serve return points (78%). She also served two aces and did not face a single break point across six service games.
