Baník Ostrava B took a convincing 4-1 win away to FK Viktoria Žižkov in the FNL, settling the contest with a dominant first-half display. They were ahead inside eight minutes and added two more before the break to take full control.
Filip Sancl opened the scoring in the 8th minute, and Marek Havran doubled the lead on 18 before making it 3-0 in the 35th. Lukas Dvoracek added a fourth in the 56th minute, and although Adam Toula pulled one back for Žižkov two minutes later, the visitors were never seriously threatened.
Marek Havran was the standout performer, his brace either side of the half-hour effectively deciding the game. Baník Ostrava B’s early ruthlessness meant the home side had too much to do after the interval.
