FC Viktoria Köln left Stuttgart with a 3-1 win in the 3. Liga, taking the lead just before the break and then reasserting control after the home side had levelled. The visitors were clinical at key moments and came away with all three points.
Maximilian Herwerth opened the scoring in first-half stoppage time, but Oliver Rolke brought Stuttgart II level five minutes after the restart. Alexander Prokopenko swiftly restored Viktoria's lead, and David Otto added a third on the hour to make the game safe.
Viktoria's three goals came inside a 16-minute spell that began with Herwerth's opener and ended with Otto's strike. Yanik Spalt, Dominik Nothnagel, Alexander Groiss and Ertugrul Yigit were all booked in a competitive afternoon.
