Real Estelí and UNAN Managua shared the points in a 1-1 draw, with the visitors snatching a late equaliser to cancel out Byron Bonilla's early opener. The home side had looked in control for much of the game but could not hold on for victory.
Bonilla put Real Estelí ahead in the 14th minute with a well-taken finish, and the hosts carried that lead into half-time. UNAN Managua struggled to create clear chances until they finally broke through in the 77th minute, scoring from a move that levelled the scores.
The stats show Real Estelí dominated possession (58%) and created far more chances—eight corners to two and six shots on target to three—but they could not turn that superiority into a winning goal. UNAN Managua, despite being outplayed, dug in and earned a point.
