The scoring began in the 20th minute when Toho Titanium broke the deadlock, and they doubled their advantage just four minutes later. A third goal arrived on the stroke of 35 minutes before an 87th-minute strike completed the scoring, with Tokyo 23 FC unable to muster a response.
Possession was fairly even at 52% to 48% and corners favoured Toho Titanium 6-4, but the visitors offered little in attack. It was the hosts' clinical finishing inside the box that made the difference, earning a comfortable win without needing to dominate the ball.
