Talleres dominated the ball with 63% possession and had 24 shots, but Central Córdoba created the only big chance of the match and posted a higher expected-goals total of 1.19 to the hosts' 0.97. That chance went begging, and three yellow cards, shown to Valentín Fascendini, Darío Cáceres and Emiliano Chiavassa, were the only other notable incidents.
