Stevenage produced a stunning away turnaround, beating Barnsley 5-1 after falling behind to an early home goal. The visitors levelled just before half-time and then overwhelmed Barnsley with four second-half goals.
Cameron McGeehan put Barnsley ahead after 17 minutes, but Oliver Sanderson equalised on 43. Daniel Kemp struck two minutes after the restart to make it 1-2, and Terence Vancooten headed Stevenage further clear on 57. Kemp added a fourth on 66 and Michael Mellon rounded off the scoring in the 90th minute.
Daniel Kemp was the driving force, scoring twice and setting up Vancooten's goal. Barnsley dominated possession with 56% and had 17 shots to Stevenage's 10, but Stevenage's four big chances and 1.93 expected goals highlight the cutting edge behind their emphatic victory.
