Benfica B took the points with a 2-1 win at União Leiria in the Segunda Liga. Gonçalo Moreira scored twice, his second goal eight minutes from time proving decisive after Juan Muñoz had earlier cancelled out the opener.
Moreira put the visitors ahead on 27 minutes to make it 0-1. Leiria responded four minutes later when Juan Muñoz finished after a Pablo Fernández assist, and the game was level at the break. The match stayed tight until Moreira struck again in the 84th minute to restore Benfica B's lead and secure the victory.
Gonçalo Moreira was the difference, scoring either side of Juan Muñoz's equaliser. Tiago Freitas was booked in the 50th minute, Tomas Alves Soares in the 76th, and Moreira himself in the 90th, but Benfica B held on for the win.
