Cádiz and Real Valladolid shared the points in a 1-1 draw in LaLiga 2. Cádiz struck first through Urko Izeta, but Luis Rodriguez earned Valladolid a half-time equaliser. The second half brought no further goals despite Valladolid's increasing pressure.
Urko Izeta put Cádiz ahead on 17 minutes. Real Valladolid replied on 42 minutes when Luis Rodriguez drew them level. Valladolid's response arrived just before the interval and shifted the contest in their favour.
Valladolid dominated the shot count, 14 to 10, and had six shots on target to Cádiz's two. Cádiz's goalkeeper made six saves to keep them in it, while Valladolid's goalkeeper made only one. The home side had 51% possession but were out-shot and out-chanced.
