Sturm Graz II came from behind to beat Rapid Wien II 5-2 in a lively 2. Liga contest. Rapid took an early lead through Nicolas Jozepovic, but Sturm responded with five goals to turn the match around.
Rapid were ahead after eight minutes, yet Julian Halwachs levelled on 41 and Wisler Lazarre put Sturm in front just before half-time. Niklas Lang, Mate Grgic and Kelechi Nnamdi extended the lead before Rapid grabbed a late consolation in the 90th minute.
Sturm's response after falling behind was emphatic, with four different scorers and two goal-and-assist contributions from Halwachs and Nnamdi. Rapid's early promise faded as Sturm took control, and the visitors could only manage that one second-half reply.
