HNK Hajduk Split beat Raków Częstochowa 3-2 in the Europa Conference League playoff round, snatching victory with a 94th-minute winner. Rokas Pukštas struck deep in stoppage time after Raków had twice clawed their way back. The Croatian side led inside the first minute through Ron Raqi but needed the late goal to settle a frantic contest.
Raqi gave Hajduk the perfect start, scoring in the opening minute after Dalisson de Almeida's assist. Lamine Diaby-Fadiga levelled for Raków on 61 minutes, only for Michele Šego to restore the visitors' lead five minutes later. Mahir Emreli's 88th-minute equaliser looked to have earned a draw, but Pukštas pounced in the fourth minute of added time.
Raków dominated possession with 68% and fired in 20 shots, while Hajduk managed 12, but the visitors were far more clinical, scoring from three of their four shots on target. The hosts missed four big chances and converted only two, whereas Hajduk scored all three of theirs. Pukštas's late winner proved the decisive blow in a match where Hajduk defied the balance of play.
