Henan Songshan Longmen were held to a goalless draw by Qingdao West Coast in the CFA Super League. The home side had 58% possession and 12 shots, but a red card for Abraham Halik was not enough to break down a determined Qingdao defence.
Henan forced five saves from the Qingdao goalkeeper, with five of their 12 shots on target, yet the 0-0 scoreline never changed. Henan also missed two big chances, while Qingdao failed to manage a single shot on target.
Abdurasul Abudulam, Xiuwei Zhang and Yu Dong were all booked during the match. Henan will rue their wastefulness in front of goal, but Qingdao's defensive organisation earned them a valuable point on the road.
