Minnesota United and Orlando City shared six goals in a 3-3 draw. Orlando looked in control at 2-0, but Minnesota hit back with three goals in four minutes to lead 3-2 before Tyrese Spicer's 90th-minute equaliser rescued a point for the visitors.
Daryl Dike put Orlando ahead in the 28th minute, and Antoine Griezmann doubled the lead from Justin Ellis's pass on 64. Marcus Caldeira pulled one back for Minnesota in the 71st, Anthony Markanich levelled three minutes later, and Kelvin Yeboah completed the turnaround on 75. Griezmann then set up Tyrese Spicer in the final minute to make it 3-3.
The result flattered Orlando on the shot count: Minnesota had 21 attempts to six and an expected-goals tally of 3.56 to 1.09. Yet Orlando's goalkeeper made six saves and Minnesota could not keep out Spicer's late strike, leaving the hosts with a point from a game they largely dominated.
