Connecticut United came from behind to beat Orlando City B 4-2 in MLS Next Pro. Orlando took the lead through Landon Okonski in the 31st minute, but Connecticut hit four goals in the space of 25 minutes to turn the match around. Robbie Mora had been booked a minute before the opener.
Andre Applewhaite equalised in the 36th minute, and Miklos Barnabas Tanyi put Connecticut ahead two minutes later. Dylan Lacy made it 3-1 in the 53rd minute and Daniel D'Ippolito added a fourth on 61, before Matthew Belgodere scored a late consolation for Orlando in the 90th minute. Caleb Trombino was booked in stoppage time.
Orlando City B had more of the ball, with 58% possession, and more shots overall, 12 to 10, but Connecticut created the clearer chances, leading the expected-goals count 1.62 to 0.63 and big chances 4 to 0. Connecticut also put seven shots on target to Orlando's five. Lacy and D'Ippolito each scored and assisted in the win.
