Cristhian Solano scored the winner after a move involving Miguel Yordan Caicedo Orobio. Three yellow cards were shown in total, with Nicolás Monserrat booked in the 38th minute and Emiliano Griffa in the 41st, before Beder Caicedo was cautioned on 78 minutes. Orense offered little going forward.
