Caspiy Aktau edged a five-goal thriller against FC Ordabasy, winning 3-2 in a lively Premier League contest. The home side took the lead three times and held on despite a late Ordabasy strike in added time.
Vladislav Klimovich opened the scoring in the 16th minute from a Pavel Sedko assist. Björn Johnsen levelled for Ordabasy just before half-time, but Ramazan Abylaykhan restored Caspiy's lead in the 56th minute. Keba Sylla made it 3-1 with nine minutes left, and although Ordabasy pulled one back through an unassisted goal at 90 minutes, Caspiy held firm.
The match had only one booking — Sultanbek Astanov saw yellow in the 55th minute — and neither side could dominate possession or create many clear chances according to the available statistics. Caspiy's ability to regain the lead twice proved decisive.
