Newcastle United came from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Bournemouth in the Premier League. Marcus Tavernier and Malick Thiaw gave the visitors a 2-0 lead, but Newcastle hit back through Harvey Barnes and Jacob Ramsey.
Tavernier struck in the ninth minute and Thiaw doubled Bournemouth's lead on 35. Barnes pulled one back two minutes later from Lewis Hall's assist, and Jacob Ramsey equalised in the 88th minute to clinch a share of the points.
Bournemouth were the dominant side for long spells, out-shooting Newcastle 17-7 and leading expected goals 1.57 to 0.64. Newcastle, however, were clinical, scoring with both of their shots on target while the Bournemouth goalkeeper made no saves.
