Judah Siqueira made it 3-0 in the 46th minute, and Myles Morgan added a fourth in the 49th. Jason Bori scored for New York in the 79th minute with Omar Valencia providing the assist.
Myles Morgan's brace was the standout individual contribution, but the wider story was New England's efficiency: they had only 39% possession and nine shots, yet five shots on target brought four goals. New York had 61% possession, 19 shots and a slightly higher expected-goals figure at 1.60 to 1.41, but only Bori's strike beat the away goalkeeper.
