Kahibah FC booked their place in the final with a convincing 3-0 win over New Lambton in the NPL Northern NSW semifinal. They took the lead inside six minutes and never looked back, adding two more goals late on to seal a comfortable evening.
The opening goal arrived early, settling Kahibah down. New Lambton pushed for an equaliser but could not find a way through, and Kahibah doubled their lead in the 71st minute before adding a third in the 88th to put the tie beyond doubt.
Kahibah edged possession with 53% and had the better of the shooting, with six shots on target to New Lambton's four. New Lambton did win more corners, nine to five, but Kahibah were the sharper side where it mattered.
