Náutico and Atlético Goianiense shared the points in a 1-1 draw in Brasileiro Série B. The home side took an early lead through Kauã Maranhão, but the visitors hit back after the interval.
Kauã Maranhão opened the scoring after six minutes to put Náutico ahead. Geovany Dos Santos Soares equalised for Atlético Goianiense in the 56th minute, and neither side could find a winner.
Atlético Goianiense had more of the ball with 58% possession and edged the shot count 17 to 16, but Náutico’s expected-goals figure of 1.36 was slightly better. The goalkeepers were kept busy, with Náutico making five saves and Atlético Goianiense four.
