Nidaros Hockey opened the scoring and defended their lead on the way to a 3-1 regulation win over Narvik Hockey Arctic Eagles. A two-goal middle period proved decisive in the Club Friendly matchup.
Nidaros led 1-0 after the first frame, then stretched the margin to 3-1 during a second period that saw both teams find the net. Narvik could not break through in the third, and the home side closed out the result without conceding.
The second-period surge was the difference, as Nidaros turned a one-goal game into a two-goal cushion. With the final frame scoreless, Nidaros controlled the game from start to finish.
