Mito Hollyhock and Machida Zelvia shared the points in a 1-1 J.League draw. Arata Watanabe put the hosts in front on 27 minutes, but Yuki Soma replied for Machida six minutes later.
Watanabe's goal gave Mito the lead and the response from Machida was swift. Soma equalised on 33 minutes, and from there the visitors pushed forward more, though the score stayed level.
Machida had 61% possession and 18 shots to Mito's 12, and they created five big chances without taking any. Mito scored from one of their two big chances, which proved enough to earn a draw.
