Amazonas FC took the points with a 3-0 win at Maringá in the Brasileiro Série C. Two first-half goals put them in control, and a third early in the second half made the result safe.
Nicolás Schiappacasse opened the scoring in the 7th minute, finishing from Iury's assist, and Rafael Tavares doubled the lead in the 31st minute. Schiappacasse then added his second and the visitors' third in the 51st minute, sealing the win. Maringá never got back into the match after the early setback.
