Ljungskile SK came from behind twice before eventually securing a 3-2 victory over IFK Värnamo in the Superettan. The visitors built a two-goal lead early in the second half, then withstood a spirited Värnamo fightback to take all three points.
Mehmet Uzel opened the scoring for Ljungskile in the 33rd minute, and Alex Rasheed doubled the lead in the 57th. Viktor Claesson pulled one back for Värnamo in the 61st, but Shakur Omar restored Ljungskile's two-goal advantage just three minutes later. Kai Meriluoto's strike in the 66th set up a tense finish, but Ljungskile held on.
Shakur Omar was involved in three of Ljungskile's goals, assisting the first two and scoring the third. The match saw three yellow cards, with Carl Johansson, Emilio Reljanovic, and Ivan Maric all booked.
