Lech Poznań beat Raków Częstochowa 1-0 in Ekstraklasa. Leo Bengtsson's 71st-minute strike settled a match that Lech controlled from start to finish. The visitors stayed in it for long spells, but the home side's pressure finally told.
The only goal arrived in the 71st minute, Pablo Rodríguez setting up Leo Bengtsson to score. Lech had earlier piled up a remarkable amount of attacking output, with 28 shots and six big chances, while Raków managed just eight attempts. Six yellow cards were shown across the game, four of them before half-time.
Raków's goalkeeper was kept busy throughout and made five saves. For all Lech's 52% possession and 3.13 expected goals, the margin stayed 1-0 until Bengtsson found the breakthrough.
