Sport stormed back in the second, getting goals from Lari Heikkinen at 29:22 and 31:25 plus Kalle Ostman at 35:10 to cut the margin to 4-3. But Lahti steadied itself and finished with two goals at the 60-minute mark, the first by Anton Kettunen off a Christoffer Forsberg assist, to secure the 6-3 decision.
Myklukha's two-goal first period was the individual standout, though the broader number was the Pelicans' four-goal outburst in the first 16 minutes — a lead that proved just enough against Sport's three-goal middle frame.
