Lepchenko raced through the first set, breaking Korpatsch three times to take it 6-1. She broke twice more in the second set, building a 4-2 lead before closing out the match with another break for 6-2.
Lepchenko did not double-fault during the match and won 63% of points on her second serve, while Korpatsch managed just one ace and three double faults.
